Professionally designed spiral glass CO2 diffusor for nature aquarium. Watch the bubbles rise up the spiral and then pass through the ceramic plate at the top of the diffusor.
CO2 diffusor optimizes the release of CO2 into the aquarium for efficient absorption by plants. As the CO2 bubbles pass through the porous ceramic plate, they are dispersed into streams of tiny bubbles. With an increased surface area, the tiny CO2 bubbles easily dissolve in the water, increasing the CO2 saturation in the aquarium ecosystem.
The diffusor is suitable for aquariums of 60-300 l.
Diameter of the ceramic plate - 2 cm.
Height: 8.2 cm (long side), 7 cm (short side).
The kit includes one suction cup.
Spiral diffusor setup instructions
Do not try to fill the diffusor with water from the very beginning. Immediately after connecting the spiral diffusor to the CO2 system and turning on the gas supply, the diffusor will begin to emit small bubbles. The spiral effect will not appear immediately. The spiral diffusor will start working correctly when water fills the glass chamber of the diffusor. For correct operation, the water level in the chamber should be approximately as indicated in the image by the red line. Until this happens, small CO2 bubbles will come out of the hole in the tube at the bottom of the diffusor chamber (indicated by the red arrow). The glass chamber will fill with water after about 2-3 days. The diffusor will fill with water gradually. In addition, the bubbles will not rise up the spiral until the water fills the spiral (this may take several days).
