The Eheim air pump is used for additional air supply to the aquarium. The older models (air500 and air1000) are also used for aeration of small and medium-sized ponds.
Eheim air100 model has only one air supply channel. The other models have two channels. Eheim compressors work quite quietly. They are equipped with air hoses, diffusers and check valves.
