- Technical support for vendors is provided via the Message center on the vendor panel.
We consider it necessary to inform you that Apisto managers and technical support staff have the authority to consult and provide assistance exclusively on issues related to the use of the website and the purchase/delivery of products. Apisto managers and employees are prohibited from providing advice on general aquarium issues and specific products posted on the marketplace when using the marketplace's communication channels. Accordingly, questions from users of the following types:
- how to care for an aquarium?
- what conditions are suitable for these fish?
- will this filter suit me?
- is this a quality product?
will remain unanswered.
Despite the above, we will try to point you in the right direction in finding the information you want and recommend that you pay attention to the following companies, sites and groups:
Social network
- if you prefer an interactive way of receiving information, want to get authoritative answers to questions and plan improvements in your aquarium together with experienced aquarists, we recommend joining the group "Fish and Aquariums":
Georgian Aquarium Group. It has been functioning since 2012. The most numerous and active of the Georgian-speaking groups. While most similar groups are a social platform for pet stores or are focused only on sales, "Fish and Aquariums" is a completely neutral community and its members most often give unbiased reviews regarding aquarium equipment. Moderately loyal administration does not prohibit polemics and discussions, and does not impose its own opinion on users. Obviously erroneous, sales-oriented misleading comments are deleted by admins:
Professional consultation
- if time and results are especially important to you and you prefer to receive advice from professionals, you can order a paid consultation from companies working in the field of aquaristics. First of all, you will need to fill out an aquarium questionnaire and test the water for several parameters (you can order remote water testing). As a result of the consultation, you will receive the most detailed information with an analysis of the test results and the general condition of the aquarium, a full audit of your biosystem and aquarium equipment. The consultant will try to identify possible causes of current problems in the aquarium and give advice on how to eliminate them.
Please note that an aquarium audit and consultation of this type does not imply diagnosis of fish diseases.
