Professional consultation (AquaPoint)

Professional consultation from Apisto will help you analyze the results of remote water testing, assess the overall condition of the aquarium, and help identify and correct weak points.

To receive a consultation, you must complete the following tests: pH, GH, KH, NH3/NH4, NO2, NO3 and fill out the aquarium questionnaire. Drop test results are accepted (test strips give an unacceptably high error rate).

If you have all six required tests and are not ordering remote testing, be sure to include the results of the most recent test for each parameter when filling out the aquarium questionnaire.

Guide:

• order remote testing of water parameters (minimum 6 mandatory tests). If you have drop tests, skip this step.
• don't wait for the test results, fill out and submit the aquarium questionnaire.
• within 48 hours you will receive an email with an analysis of the test results and a full audit of the aquarium, biosystem and equipment, with an emphasis on critical points and options for correcting them.
